We have a highly developed & reliable manufacturing unit in an extensive area. Our manufacturing staff work with complete efficiency and make achievable us meet the different requirements of clients. In this component, our products are well located, separated thoroughly according to their primary circumstances and temperatures. These staff is the most important reason behind the continuous achievement that we take satisfaction. We have well skilled and well-informed experts to take care of this unit. We also improve this unit at a standard time interval to meet the bulk demand of our clients within a dedicated period.

We are backed by a state-of-the-art infrastructure that enables us to manufacture and supply a wide range of Forged Products to our customers. Spread across large area of 8000 square yards, this is also equipped with sophisticated machines that help us to carry out our business operations smoothly.

The above mentioned units help us in ensuring faster production along with the timely delivery of products. In addition, we are equipped with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that efficiently monitors the entire production process right from the sourcing of raw material till the packaging and delivery of the products.

 

Our unit is also well equipped and has a fully functional mechanism that encompasses the following:

• 3 Hammers (Capacity 5 tonnes each)
• Machining Shop- Lathes, B-Saw
• Lanhan Boiler
